I have helped thousands of people over the last sixteen years land their dream job and develop fulfilling careers.  My clients have called me the interview whisperer and have said that my superpower is helping people tell amazing stories that resonate with employers.
 
There is nothing I love to do more than give people the confidence, motivation, and strategies to walk into an interview and ace it.

I spend my days helping people identify their strengths and realize what they uniquely can contribute and then teaching the techniques to share those abilities, experiences, and personal characteristics with potential employers.

My background informs my work.  After college, I made a decision to take a risk and not pursue a traditional path, backpacking throughout North and South East Asia, hitchhiking and riding a bike through New Zealand, and eventually landing in Taiwan where I was able to find a job teaching English and working for an exporter. I met people from all over the world and understanding life from diverse perspectives has made me a more effective coach today.

I thought I had it all figured out when I returned.  I’ll go to law school, practice int’l law and make bank.  It didn’t work out that way.  I hated law school and realized I was not leveraging my strengths.  That was the start of my journey to figure what was important to me, what I valued, what motivated me, and what my strengths, abilities and personality are and how that relates to developing a fulfilling, successful career.  Those experience influences the work I do every single day and the impact that I hope to have with you.
