Isn’t it an amazing feeling when you look back on your day and you spent it the exact way you wanted to, whether that was getting a really tough project done that you just did not want to tackle, or pursuing a personal goal that felt out of reach, or overcoming the fear or hesitation when reaching out to someone or simply having the time and energy to spend with friends and family.
